Projects in Progress

Here are my works in progress! These are all tentative titles and will probably change.

The Epsilon Gambit: My pride and joy (and source of heartache) since 2012. The Epsilon Gambit centers around Jet Golden, an energy-manipulating supervillain who sees a problem in his big, East Coast city: the superheroes who run the town are lazy and sometimes cruel. Crime has spiked, and civilians are starting to get hurt. Jet and his mismatched team of superhumans decide to do what no villain team has done before, and save the city from its abusive saviors. But, they are villains, after all...
This is a dark urban/contemporary fantasy that falls into the NA age range. However, it doesn't quite classify as NA (for now) because its plot is more action-focused and goal-oriented rather than based off relationships and experimentation.

The Modern Pandora: A new project! This one is probably going to fall into more YA but I haven't decided on the characters' ages yet, so I'm flexible.
The Modern Pandora is a retelling of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, or the Modern Prometheus with some elements from the Biblical Creation story thrown in. A female creation named Pandora relates the story to the audience. Created illegally in a modern-day city, Pandora has been made and conditioned specifically to track down Prometheus, another illegal creation who rebelled and stole sensitive information about the company that gave them life. But as Pandora tracks him down, learning how terrible and how good humanity can be along the way, she learns the circumstances of her birth may not have been all that they seemed.
